The product can process workpiece by spraying and dipping. 1 How to make groove(take 1000L processing bath solution as an example): 1.1 First adding 80% water into the groove, and then adding 45~60kg phosphating agent and stiring. 1.2 Adding about 4.5~6.5kg phosphating neutralizing agent AIR-6, and adding it slowly at the same time of stiring. 1.3 Replenishing water to the operating fluid level, and beating to smooth. 1.4 Adding 0.8~1.6kg accelerant AIR-1 evenly and stiring. 1.5 Confirming the total acidity, free acidity and concentration of accelerant within defined limits, and then begining processing. 2 Treatment condition: 2.1 Total acidity(TA): 19~26pt 2.2 Free acidity(FA): 1.0~1.8pt 2.3 Concentration of accelerant: 2~4pt 2.4 Treatment temperature: 25~35℃ 2.5 Treatment time: spraying: 1~3min Dipping: 3~5min
