Property: An n-type semiconductor. Bandgap is 3.3-3.6 eV, bound exciton energy is 60meV at room temperature. Good luminous function. Good photoconduction and catalytic activity. Has good prospect of application in nano device,such as light emitting diode, photoelectric diode, waveguide devices, sensors and test etc. Electron is easy to be transported because the conductance of nano ZnO is close to dye LOMO. Has good potentiality of application in DSSC.
