Amorphous Three-Phase Five-Limb Transformer Cores  Iron-based amorphous distribution transformer cores are mainly used in a variety of power distribution transformers with usual frequency from 50Hz to 10 KHz; Working in high power switch inductor, amorphous core is able to work under frequency even 50 KHz. Among other metal alloy, amorphous has the highest saturate induction density and high permeability, low coercivity, low loss and low exciting current but with good temperature and aging stability.   Amorphous Material Characteristics:  Amorphous alloy is a newly energy-saving material, fast cooling solidification manufacturing techniques. Its physical status is metal atom and it ranks disorder amorphous substance. The combination of amorphous alloy is different from silicon material. Amorphous alloy is easier to be magnetized. This material is widely used in transformers. Because the magnetization process is easy, the no-load loss is substantially low. Processing: 1. Cutting: Amorphous alloys materials are very hard and it is quite difficult to cut with conventional tools, so it should be taken in account to reduce the shear volume in the design. 2. Stacking:The monolithic of the amorphous alloy is extremely thin and the surface of the material is not very flat, then the core fill factor is quite low. 3. Fixing and molding: Amorphous alloys are very sensitive to the mechanical stress, so it is necessary to take special tightening measures in the production process. 4. Magnetic field heat treatment: In order to obtain excellent low loss characteristics, heat treatment must be done to the amorphous magnetic alloy core, which is the core technology of the whole process. Note: 1.Iron core R=6.41.5 2.The stack thickness at the iron core    connector E=1.18C; 3.The iron core test should be carried out under the condition of no oil immersion,normal temperature and 1.3T(1.35T).
