Ultra fine Pulverizer A unique equipment to handle the mass that is most difficult to grind. It gives he desired fineness with a very high capacity and that too at lower power consumption. No special feeding systems such as screw conveyor or rotating valve is required it pulls the material in, due to high suction of air and throws in high vertical discharge pipeline makes even drying possible with in the same equipment. Less maintenance makes the operation of grinder unstoppable. The equipment is available in vertically mounted or horizontally mounted on tough frame. Various capacities are available. Impact Pulverizer ( screen less) An extra heavily constructed machine designed to pulverize even rocks and minerals of medium hardness. Fineness, ranging among 100 meshes to 500 mesh (150 to 30 microns) and in some cases even 500 meshes. Non-concrete foundation frame with AVM pads may be providing. The equipment is suitable for medium hard minerals, chemicals, bulk drugs, coal, paints, dyes and pigments, herbs, seed etc.

In 1990 we started the company Ashadeep Engineering works as a proprietor firm. Initially we manufactured all types of equipments. Even we did job-work for others. Gradually with our innovations we developed certain specialties in the some of equipments such as ultrafine Pulverizer.

The ultrafine Pulverizer was the one that was manufactured in the country by only couple of manufacturers. We entered with special features in the equipment that helped us to gain the advantage over other two manufacturers.

Later, in 2001 we formed another company, Ultra Febtech Pvt. Ltd. This was done to make a new identity, to work in organized way.

Ultra Febtech Pvt. Ltd. (Previously known as Ashadeep Engineering works) has been renowned in the design and manufacture of size reduction (grinding), mixing and gradation equipments. Since its inception Ultra Febtech has had one overriding commitment: to provide personalized creative engineering service to the customers. The features of our products, the depth of our technical knowledge and wealth of experience available with us provide the most effective equipments to our customers. Ultra Febtech Pvt. Ltd. has made a team of various technical people having expertise in various fields. These people are working as associates of Ultra Febtech Pvt. Ltd.

Guar gum and textile printing gum industry became our special field to supply them equipments since the ultra fine grinders were best suited for such industry.
