Jiangyin Huaxin Electrical Equipment CO., Ltd (formerly Wuxi Jiaxin Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd), the China- Hong Kong joint Venture, was founded in 1992. It is a professional science and technology enterprise engaged in the field of electromagnetic technology research and development, manufacturing, processing, marketing as a whole. The main products for all types of precision stamping silicon steel cores(including the international standard EI type silicon steel sheet, electric motor cores, ballast cores, power switch cores, automobile ignitor cores, ferrite core inductors, etc.) and energy-saving transformers, ballasts and other magnetic products.
The company has the core of more than 200 staff, among which college or higher professional and technical personnel are over 30, 8 engineers and 8 enterprise management administrators, and establishes cooperation between universities, employing experts in the establishment of the “ Institute of Electronic Science and Technology ” committed to precision stamping technology, electromagnetic technology research and development. It has dozens of product patents owning their own intellectual property.
Corporation has been introduced Japan’s and South Korea’s 200T, 125T, 80T, 60T, 45T, 25T automatic high-speed precision punch machines over 30 units, has more than 200 sets of high-speed progressive dies and 2 sets of double cover-type annealing furnaces with the heat treatment capacity of 10000 tons. Our company can produce various types of silicon steel sheets and cores amount to 30000 tons. Additionally, we self-develop, design and manufacture all kinds of standard & non-standard high-speed progressive precision dies over 100 sets. These can meet self-demands, meanwhile, they are sold at home and abroad, and win good reputation in the field.
