• Payment & Settlement Information: If you settle a transaction or purchase a service from ECROBOT via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), we may collect billing information, sender's name, remitting bank details, account number, invoice details, and tracking information from checks or money orders.
• Statistical Information: We gather aggregate statistical information about our Site and Users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, pages viewed, number of sessions, and unique visitors via cookies and tracking tools.

For seamless platform operations and server management, the Company delegates personal data processing as follows:

• Retention Period: Until the termination of the delegation contract
