Q: Do you offer samples ? How you handle with sample fee?
A: Yes ,we can offer samples to our customer before order .At the beginning, the sample fee and the Express charge are responsible by customer,the sample fee is 5 times against the wholesale price; the sample fee and the express fee will refund to you after you place an order. Please kindly note no coming order no sample & express fee refund.(for example: women's Tee shirt wholesale at $2.3,you ask a sample for checking,the sample fee is $2.3*5=$11.5;the Express is $25,total fee is$36.5),after you receive the sample,you release us an order ,then we refund to you $36.5)
Q: If we will purchased big scale of goods, do your factory accept?
A: our annual production capacity is 700000-1000000pcs per year. Our export value is nearly 10 million per year.
Q: What is your Payment?
A: For the large batch inventory order ,we accept 30% payment in advance and 70% balance before ex-factory. For mixed order,we only accept 100% T/T in
Advance.
