1.Core Material:
Whole piece of poplar rather than fragment.
2.Progress:
two times hot press rather than one time hot press (two times hot press plywood is very flat, smooth and bright). In China,there only 4~5 factories use two times hot press 。
3.Glue:
GIGA WBP glue all homemade, buy the raw material from listed company(Shandong LuxiChemical.Co.,Ltd.). Can control the purity of the glue, won’t mix the salt or excessive water.
4.Thickness tolerance:
+/-0.2 mm (Most of the China plywood is +/-0.5 mm)
5.Quality check:
The products will through 8 times inspection before they come out the factory. Will boil the plywood to inspect the bonding force
in every procedure step.
