Product Description: Fine Crusher is widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical, cement, coal gangue, sand, fire proofing and ceramic companies. It is ideally suitable for secondary and fine crushing. The largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is 320 Mpa. Features 1. High capacity and high crushing ratio 2. Low investment cost and convenient management Working principle Fine crusher is mainly made up of frame, rotor, impact plate and grate. The frame consists of upper and lower part. It is welded by cut steel plates, and the others are connected with bolts. High performance steel liners are embedded in the frame, which is convenient to be replaced after wearing. Several sets of regular distributed hammers are installed on its main shaft. The hammers, turnable and hammer shaft consists of the rotor. The main unit drives the main shaft through motor and V- belt, which makes the rotor turn with high speed. The centrifugal force produced by rotor’s turning makes the hammer spread. Large rocks are fed into the crushing cavity from feed opening and will be crushed by high speed turning hammer. Qualified materials are discharged from the interval between grates at the bottom, while the unqualified materials are still kept and crushed in the crushing cavity till they are qualified. To avoid jams, the water content of materials to be crushed is not more than 20% generally.
