99.9% milk fat is produced exclusively from fresh, pasteurized cream using a modern continuous process plant. It is exclusive from solid milk particles or water, uniform in composition, golden yellow in color with a clean nutty flavor typical of butterfat, endows food with a great aroma, flavor and taste especially when it is used to sauté, pan fry and deep fry at temperature from 1210Cto 2500C.
