The tools used for online leak sealing are how to inject sealant into the sealing cavity safely and reliably, and how to effectively establish a new sealing structure. It is suitable for most of the media leakage occasions, can withstand high temperature, low temperature, and to make the operation easy. Therefore, it is a special tool specially designed and manufactured for online leak sealing. It includes high pressure injection gun, injection joint, manual hydraulic pump, etc.
 
1, High pressure injection gun
 
Purpose: it transforms the pressure oil or screw force input by the power oil pipe into the strong extrusion thrust of injecting sealant through the plunger of the gun, and forcibly injects the sealant in the agent cavity at the front of the gun into the sealing cavity formed by the clamp and the outer surface of the leakage part until the leakage stops. High pressure injection gun can be divided into three types according to the piston rod reset mode: manual reset high pressure injection gun, oil pressure reset high pressure injection gun and automatic reset high pressure injection gun.
 
2, Manual high pressure oil pump:
 
Purpose: it is a small hydraulic pump station that converts the mechanical energy of manual operation into the pressure energy of liquid through the lever principle. It is the power source of online leak sealing technology.

3, Injection joint
 
The injection joint is a metal component that connects the clamp with the high-pressure injection gun to form a complete injection channel. Its function is to connect, close, turn and transpose the injection channel. Including injection plug valve, bolt injection joint, flange edge injection joint, angle joint, G clamp, etc.
 
4, Belt tightening device
 
The belt tightener is a special tool for tightening the steel belt. It mainly uses a small force to make the nut rotate through the handle, and uses the worm drive principle to make the screw obtain a larger pulling force and easily tighten the steel belt.
 
5, Quick fit connector
 
Quick fitting joint is a device which can quickly connect and cut off the fluid channel. It is mainly used for various pneumatic and hydraulic tools and mechanical equipment. The main features of quick fitting connector are quick connection, easy operation, high transmission pressure and no need of any tools. It is mainly composed of two parts, one is the convex part, called the plug; The other part is concave, which is called socket. According to the valve configuration, there are three types of quick fitting connectors: straight through type, single side cut-off type and double side cut-off type.
 
6, Pressure gauge connector
 
In the online leak sealing operation, the pressure gauge must be equipped in the tool assembly to judge the working condition. 
 
7, High pressure hose
 
The high-pressure hose is a component connecting the oil pump and the high-pressure injection gun to deliver the pressure oil. It is equipped with two-way cut-off quick fitting joints at both ends. After the high-pressure hose is separated from the oil pump, the leakage of hydraulic oil can be prevented. There are three layers of snakeskin like steel wire braid inside the high pressure hose, which is the main stress part of the pressure inside the hose. Its strength can bear the pressure of about 1000kg / cm2.
