Product introduction
Dry-type transformer applies epoxy resin cast process instead of immersing iron core and windings in insulation oil. It consists of iron core made of silicon steel plates and epoxy resin cast coils. Insulation cylinder and other insulators between high and low windings are placed to increase electrical insulation. Its cushion blocks can support and restrain the coils, and its fasteners have anti-loose function. Without using insulation oil, dry-type transformer is fire-proof and explosion-proof, easy to maintain and has high reliability, low partial discharge and long operation life. After vacuum treatment and positive pressure, there is no bubble between turns and layers, and it can greatly reduce the amount of partial discharge. Also, it owns the advanges of small volume, low weight, low noise, high operating efficiency, save room and easy installation.

1. Low energy consumption: The adoption of isotropic soft magnetic material generates low magnetization power, high electrical resistivity and low eddy current consumption. The no-load loss and current of the core made of amorphous alloy are very low, only 1 / 3 of that of silicon steel sheet.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: the amorphous alloy core is fully wrapped by resin and high temperature resistant silica glen which effectively prevent corrosion and falling off amorphous alloy fragments, and provide better protection for the core and coil.
3. Low noise. Improvement of the structure of iron core and coil and adoption of special noise -reduction materials greatly reducing the operation noise.
4. Strong short-circuit resistance. This product adopts three-phase five-column structure, and the iron core is protected by frame structure.
