Detailed Description
This is one of Modified Sea Shipping Library project:
Container Size: 20ft GP, 20ft HQ, 40ft GP, 40ft HQ Shipping Containers based on ISO standard with CSC certificate.
Color: Blue, white, red, grey for options.
Loading: Can be shipped as ISO container in SOC type.
Structure:
1. Steel base: Q235, hot galvanized. 2mm power coated steel as main beam and 1.5mm steel as second beam
2. Column: 3mm steel, Q235, hot galvanized, power coated
3. Steel corner with hole: Q235, hot galvanized, power coated
4.Roof system: Q235, hot galvanized. 3mm power coated steel as main beam and 1.5 mm steel as second beam.
Wall panel: 50mm / 75mm / 100mm EPS/ PU/Glass wool sandwich panel
Roof color steel sheet as roof sheet+40mm glass wool insulation+ ceiling
Floor: 18mm fiber cement board with 2mm vinyl floor sheet.
Window: Alu Sliding window and size as requested
Door: Steel door, with handle lock and keys.
Electrical system :1 electrical distribution, 2 industrial plug, 2 lights, 2 switches, 3 sockets (with A/C socket), electrical wire (220V/50Hz)
Temperature suitable temperature.-50°C~+50°C
Exterior wall decoration: WPC cladding, Fiber Cement decoration board, PU foam board decoration, Integrated Board.
