Our labor insurance clothing fabric includes plain and twill style, specialized from grey fabric, bleaching fabric and dyeing fabric. You can choose the fabric weaving by shuttle loom, air jet loom, or rapier loom.
Material
65%polyester, 35%cotton;80%polyester, 20%cotton;100% polyester;100% cotton.
Features
Natural environmental protection green fabrics without stimulation.Comfortable & handfeel: with good drapability, pilling wrinkle, feeling silkyQuality: use high quality whole process reactive dyeing and finishing, light, fresh color, good color fastness, low shrinkage.
Application: industry, hospital, school, chef, hotel and etc.
Color: white, black , olive, blue, navy, red, grey, green, or according you order
Processing facilities: Dyeing, Bleaching, Printing, Stitching and Packing
Process requirements: Full process (include singeing and mercerizing) or according to customers requirements.
Dye: disperse dyes, direct dyes, reactive dyes and vat dyes available.
Special process requirements: water-proof, oil-proof, soil release, flame retardant, anti-static, acid and alkali resistant, crease-resistant, fluorescence, resistance to chlorine bleaching.
