Non-Corrosive HZ-QJ202  Aluminium Flux Powder and Paste for Brazing

We researched and developed independently HZ-QJ202 non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux, which is better than other brand of aluminum brazing flux. HZ-QJ202 is aviable for gas shielded furnace and low-temperature flame with Al-Si eutectic brazing material. HZ-QJ202 is an ideal flux for furnace brazing of refrigerator, aluminum condenser, and aluminum radiator.

 

Application:

Use with zinc base or aluminum base brazing filler metals, for brazing aluminum alloy, aluminum-copper; aluminum-steel; aluminum-stainless steel in the method of auto torch flame brazing,  hand flame brazing, furnace brazing, high frequence brazing and so on

Product Usage

Aluminum brazing flux powder/paste can work together with aluminum or zinc based brazing filler metals on aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper alloy at the temperature range of 450-600°C in frame brazing, induction brazing, electrical resistance welding, furnace brazing, and so on.

Operation:

Non corrosive aluminum brazing flux can be applied in torch brazing, furnace brazing, high frequency brazing, etc. The filler materials that work together with this flux can be powder, wires, rings or aluminum brazing sheet. Paste phase of this flux is more convenient for utility. Firstly, coat the paste flux onto the welding joint. In the flame brazing operation, quickly heat the flux to the temperature close to its melting point before adding the filler materials which will be heated to liquid phase and full fill the joint. After being so lidified, high strength welding joint can be formed. In furnace brazing, and high frequently brazing, the increasing rate of temperature and brazing temperature should be controlled carefully.

Note:The non- corrosive aluminum flux welding slag is hard to clear away, so it may not be cleared off.
