1. The rope of drum should line up, if the wire is overlapped and crossed, the operator should stop electric winch and line up the wire rope again. It is prohibited that people pull and step on the rope when the winch is working. The wire rope is allowed not to release fully,at lease it remain 3 circle of rope.2. The wire rope is not allowed to knot and twist around. If the broken wire rope is more than 10% within a pitch, the wire rope should be replaced.3. When the electric winch is working, anyone should not step over the wire rope. After the materials are lifted by the winch , the operators should not leave it. when people rest, the materials or cage should be in the ground.
