Grating stairway treads is usually applied outdoor, sometimes in the room. HY metal grate stair treads includes of steel grating stair treads and aluminum grating stair treads, and can be covered with a checker plate, vertical striped plate nosing, or vertical perforated plate nosing or other patterns. Aluminum stair tread is lighter than steel stair tread, while steel stair tread is stronger than aluminum stair tread.
For surface treatment, aluminum stair treads is usually adopting anodising or coating, while hot-dipped galvanising is generally adopted for steel stair treads. Steel stair treads is used more in industrial stairs than aluminum stair treads cause steel stair treads is stronger than aluminum stair treads.
Stair tread is usually used together with aluminum handrails or steel handrails, applied in kinds of platforms, stair ways, marine engineering, mining engineering etc.
