SUS304 Industrial Water Drainage End Suction Centrifugal Pump Capacity Small Volume Application A) Applied to convey clean liquid B) For water-supply & drainage for factory C) For fire fighting Features A) Designed by following DIN24255 B)Materials are variable based on customer demand C) The pump rotates in the colckwise direction if viewed from the driven end D)Simple structure E) Reliable peformance F) Small volume The instruction of main parts A) PUMP CASE: foot support structure and spiral volute chamber, with volute chamber, foot, influent flange and discharge flange cast into an integrity. The flanges may be drilled accordance with international stand ISO 2084 DN16 or as requirement. B) IMPELLER: Closed impeller designed in the excellent hydraulic model to guarantee pump performance and efficiency. The dynamic balance test shall be conducted. ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVE Install a starter with overload protection to prevent the motor being damaged by overload. Never run a pump dry. 3. RUNNING While the pump is running, a periodic inspection should be made of: a) Stuffing-Box Keep stuffing-boxes (if soft packed, not fitted with mechanical seal) so that there is sufficient leakage to lubricate the package. b) Bearing Check the bearing for temperature which should not exceed 70(160F) Grease nipples are provided for bearing lubrication. c) Alignment Successful operation of the pumps depends on accurate alignment. It is recommended to re-check the alignment after preliminary run. 4. STARTING Start the pump with discharge valve closed and bring it up to speed rapidly. When pressure is reached open discharge valve slowly.
