Working Principle
 
Vibratory finishing machine also called vibratory tumber or polishing tumbler. 
Vibrator tumbler surface finishing takes place in a work bowl.  The vibratory energy is induced by a special vibratory motorwhich mounted in the centre of the vibratory bowl. The vibration tumbler createsthe typical relative movement of media against parts.
 
The continuous feeding of water and compound support the finishing process.
Frequently, vibration polishing machines are equipped with separation flap and screen. This allows separating thefinished parts from the media in the machine.
 
Via the separation screen the parts are transferred to the vibratory finishing machineexit or to a post-treatment system, for example, a dryer, while themedia remains in the machine
