Flat washers are usually thin pieces with various shapes. They are used to reduce the pressure, reduce friction, prevent leakage and distract pressure. The material of the fastener and process are limited, so that we use washer to protect the surface of the connected member by reducing the compressive stress of the pressure-bearing surface. In order to prevent loosening of the connection sets, we usually use anti-loose spring washers, multi-toothed locking washers, round nut stop washers and conical elastic washers.

For level 100 HV, you can choose ST12, ST13, Q235, Q215 and Q195, etc., the hardness of surface can reach about 110 HV.

For level 140 HV, you can choose 08F, 08Al and 10, 10F, and so on. The hardness of surface can reach about 140 HV.

For 200 HV and 300 HV, you should choose 45,50, 60, 70 or 65Mn steel. The hardness of surface can reach about 200 ~ 300 HV and 300 ~ 400 HV by quenching and tempering.

According to the standard for level 100 HV, 140 HV, flat washer can be produced with low-carbon steel.
