Mini Rock Hammer Crusher is composed of machine frame, rotor, hammer, impact plate and screen board. According to customer request, can adjust the gap between the grid bars to change the discharging granularity.
Working Principle Made in China Simple Handle Mini Rock Hammer Crusher
The main working part of hammer crusher is the rotor with hammers. The rotor consists of main shaft, disk, hinge pin and hammers, a sieve plate is below the rotor. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. When the materials get into the crushing cavity, they are crushed by the rotating hammers, the crushed products which meet the required size can be discharged from the sieve plate and become the final products, the products with larger size are brought back to the crushed area for being re-crushed until they reach the required size.

Packing:
Machines will be through rusty and moist-proof before delivery; small parts are packed into wooden crates;larger parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
Installation:
If required, one or more engineer/engineers will be sent to guide the installation and commissioning of machines; the buyer shall prepare the materials and tools needed,and offer necessary assistance.The actual expenses include accommodation, meal and traveling fee of the engineer,and insurance also should be paid by the buyer.
Every engineer should be paid 100 USD per day.
