This product is configured such that several layers of dot particles are formed to overlap by performing spattering in a dotspraying method a plurality of nozzles designated to spray paint of various colors simultaneously or individually performsdot spraying so as to implement various colors in a dot layer and a liquid component of the dot particles dot-sprayed in aliquid state is dried upon drying the dot particles so that the dot particles are individually divided, thereby creating an unevensurface at an upper end of the dot layer when the dot layer is viewed in its entirety

1. Numerous coating particles are tightly connected together by volume dot-spray method. ▶Traditional layer-based coatings are easily broken but this pan has innovative coating strength base on strong combination-structure of numerous coating particles. ▶Coating thickness is more than 65㎛!!? ordinary coatings have only 25~30㎛ thickness

2. Scratch test report from Japanese jis standard- By using stainless steel(SUS304), they scratch the surface for 1,000,000 circles and the surface stillshow that no bare aluminum. ▶ Patented and passed the abrasion test of 1,000,000 cycles. (Japan JIS standard, stainless steel tester)

3. Excellent non-stick and very strongly- Marble coating just has extra dot-spray on the surface, so it has good non-stick but coating is notstrong. INFINISTONE is done by a different coating method.Coating particles are combined very strongly together for powerful scratch-resistant and hardness.

4. Certificate- We produce safe coating pans that comply with FDA regulation and got LFGB certificate.
