1.Introduction

The PSA nitrogen generator is your lucrative air separator that generates nitrogen in a fast manner. This industrial nitrogen generation equipment utilizes compressed air as material and carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent. PAS (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology is involved.

Nitrogen is normally used as protective gas or atmosphere gas for reduction and carburization. Undercircumstance of room temperature and high pressure, oxygen and nitrogen are separated by differentdiffusion rate in CMS.Nitrogen purity and output volume is adjustable to meet customer’s requirements.

2.Usage

1. Metal heating treatment: nitrogen protection bright annealed, metal powder sintering nitrogen protection, gas carburizing quench, etc.

2. Chemical Industry: mainly used for protection air, replacement air and washing air to ensure safety of production. 3. Electronic Industry: used for producing electronic parts and production line nitogen protection.

4. Food Industry: using nitrogen protection to store vegetables, fruits, seeds and tea, etc. 5. Medical Industry: inflating the nitrogen into medicine for package and delivery.
