The Performance of Aluminum Nitride Nanopowders:
1. High thermal conductivity (about 320W / m ·K), close to the BeO and SiC, is more than five times of Al2O3;
 
2. Thermal expansion coefficient (4.5 × 10-6 ℃) and Si (3.5-4 × 10-6 ℃) and GaAs (6 × 10-6 ℃) match;
3. A variety of electrical properties (dielectricconstant, dielectric loss, the volume resistivity, dielectric strength)excellent;

Application for Aluminum Nitrides Nanopowders:

2. Heat conducting silicon and thermalconductive epoxy resin.
3. Nano lubricant and antiwear agent.
4. High thermal conductive plastic.
5. In smelting non-ferrous metal andsemiconductor material gallium arsenide crucible, evaporation, thermocoupleprotecting tube, high-temperature insulation parts, microwave dielectricmaterials, thermal stability and corrosion resisting structural ceramic,transparent AlN microwave ceramic, etc.
