Detailed Description

Applications:

BH-RSBA heat shrinkable joint closure for pressurized telephone cable provides a fast and symple way to seal telephone cable splices in pressurized or non-pressurized telephone cable. It is made of super-sleeve material, which combines the strength and durability of composite design with proven heat-shrink technology.

Super-sleeve material is composed of several layers of specially blended polymers and adhesives, a fiber-reinforcing layer. The fiber-reinforcing layer provides excellent mechanical strength, and eliminates the propagation of localized damage that can result from overheating or other errors in installation.

It is designed to provide tightness and environmental and mechanical protection for splices on communications cables in networks. It could be appended with valves in charging maintenance and measuring pressure.

Features:

1) High performance heat shrinkable closure for pressurised applications;

2) The sealing employs high-quality imported Germany Henkel gel;

3) Pre-installed valve for pressure access and measuring;

4) Suitable for aerial,buried and ducted applications;

5) Applicable for polyethylene and metal jacketed cables;

6) Offers quick and easy application using an innovative closure mechanism;

7) The white line on the inner side of the rail bar and heat sensitive paint on the exterior of the product may guide the proper operation;

8) Up to 3 cables at each end can be accommodated using three finger clips with hot-melt adhesive.

9) Minimum fully recovery temperature: 120°C;

10) Standard color: Black.
