1. Working Principle:

When High pressure ball machine was running, the main engine transform the reducer by V-type belt, the reducer transform the driving shaft by coupling, and keep the two roller in synchronism by a double open gear. The driven roller is withstandby the piston of hydro-cylinder, it’s system pressure is kept by hydraulic circuit ,hydraulic control valve and the accumulator. The material is feed into the hopper of the molders, then into the during of two roller by adjusting the control valve of the hopper.

1. Packing and shipment

Complete machine will be packed in wooden case then load into container.
