GENERAL CONVEYOR BELT

Conveyor belt mainly used for carrying materials, it is widely used in different industries like: Metallurgy, Construction, Electrical, Seaport and Mining etc.

It has the advantage of operating safe, using convenient, maintaining easy, freight cheap, serialization, shortening the transport distance etc.

To a certain degree, it has already become the replacements of the highway, railway transportation.

The conveyor belt is suitable for general condition, general temperature, non-corrosiveness bulk, granular, powdery materials etc.

The layers are high quality heavy duty COTTON CANVAS, VCOTTON or POLYESTER.

2.Tensile property of through thickness:a. The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value: 160 200 250 315 400 500 600 630 800 N/mm.b. The elongation at brake of through thickness belt should not less than 10%,

c. The elongation at reference load of trough thickness belt should no more than 4%,d. Linearity: no more than 25mm.e. Ply adhesion:
