We are a AlN (Aluminum Nitride) powder manufacturer in Taiwan.
We provide a wide variety of AlN powders, ranging from raw to surface coated AlN powders, available in all varieties of particle sizes.
Our unique surface treated AlN powder is moisture resistant and can be utilized as a filler for many resins used for high thermal conductive and electrical insulated applications, such as Thermal Interface Materials (e.g. grease, pad, tape and PCM etc.) and Thermal Management Solutions (e.g. thermal filler in adhesive for heat sink, MCPCB, FCCL, epoxy molding compound and gap filler.. etc.)
Meanwhile, as recently we have released our AlN spherical powder (round type of sintered AlN powder) in the market, please kindly indicate us whether you are also interested in evaluating our spherical AlN powder compared with our irregular shape of raw AlN powder.
The regular particle sizes are 30um, 55um and 80um.
