What is the procedure to deal with inspection before shipment of waste materials?
First step, Test
Before inspection, exporting enterprises need to do a test ,the content is divided into two parts:
1.Normal test( one test report for one batch)
2. Environmental test(test report can be used times and cancel after vertification)
The detailed test item can consulting the sample personnel.
Time for test is 5 working days.
The second step, enterprises should register in commodity inspection bureau before customs inspection.

Registered enterprises without custom inspector do inspection through agency.
Registered enterprises with custom inspector can do inspection by themselves.
The third step,Inspection
1.An appointment Is needed before inspection (make sure the date accurate to morning or afternoon)
The inspection date provisional for date of loading (provide test report and customs inspection documents before Inspection)
2. Confirming by telephone in the morning of inspection day, pick up the inspector for inspection after containers arrived in containerized place (loading is not allowed before inspector arrived)
Inspection is divided into two parts
1.Goods inspection, factory needs to provided testing equipment and weighing equipment.

The forth step, obtaining certificate
After inspection, documents will be delivered in the bureau.
CIQ certificate was issued in JIANWU department.
One CIQ certificate for one bill of lading, certificate, bill and other documents will send to the port of destination for customs clearance.
