The use of
green cutting disc is the most difficult for the user to be the storage problem. What should be paid attention to when the green cutting disc is stored? For the storage of the grinding wheel with different characteristics of the cutting piece, the following should be noted:
1. Large or thicker grinding wheels should be placed in an upright, slightly inclined position.
2. Thinner, smaller grinding wheels should be placed flat and the stacking height should not exceed 600 mm.
3. The cup type, bowl type and butterfly type wheel are stacked with the bottom facing down, and the height of the stacking should not be too high.
4. Organic binder abrasives should pay attention to moisture and oil-proof contact, otherwise the strength and grinding efficiency of the grinding wheel will be reduced.
5. Abrasives of resin, rubber and rhombohedral binder should strictly control the storage time to prevent storage for too long, resulting in chemical change or aging of the abrasive bond, which causes the bonding force to decrease, affecting the strength and durability of the abrasive tool. . Such abrasive tools for more than one year must be re-inspected before they can be used.
6. The thinner grinding wheel of resin and rubber bond should be stacked on a flat metal plate. Height* Do not exceed 300 mm, and press a flat metal plate on the top to prevent warping and deformation.
7. The grinding wheel handling process should be handled gently to prevent vibration and avoid damage. Large grinding wheels are transported to the machine by special handling tools (or plug-in battery cars).
8. Product certification or other markings on the abrasive tool should be kept clear and complete.
